Styling Your Kitchen After the Holidays

It's mid January and hopefully by now most of you have your holiday put away and out of sight! In case you missed it, last weeks blogpost was the The 5 Day Kitchen Declutter Challenge if you want to check it out. It's a great way to reset and edit your kitchen for the new year and lord knows we all need that. I just finished the challenge up myself today which brought me full circle to accessorizing my kitchen with intentional items that make me happy. So, today I thought I would do a quick round up of stylish kitchen accessories that you can use in your fresh decluttered kitchen. The idea is to use intentional accents, not too much.

While no. 8 is a faux floral arrangement with zero maintenance, I do love grabbing some fresh flowers this time of year to put in the kitchen. Even hydrangeas from your local grocery store makes a big difference. I like using shorter vases maybe 7" or so high for kitchen floral arrangements because they aren't blocking family members on the breakfast table and they fit nicely under kitchen cabinets or on countertops. Succulents are also a great idea because they are so low maintenance. If you are looking for ideas for prints or wall art, here is another blog post I did that you might enjoy!
