  • Cabinetry Design & Layout created

  • 3D Renderings produced for Full Service Packages

Week 2 Materials Selections

  • Material Selections process 

  • Flooring, Paint, Wallpaper, Cabinetry, Countertops, Plumbing, Tile, Lighting, Hardware and Mirrors

Week 3 Samples and Quotes

​

  • Samples and quotes will be obtained from suppliers for budgetary and lead-time purposes

  • Samples will include actual materials where possible and photos where necessary

Week 4 Design Presentation

​

  • Design Presentation Meeting (1-hr)

  • Custom Design Plan presented for all materials showcased in 3D renderings

  • Project Spec Binder included

  • 30-Minute Contractor Meeting scheduled
